Tea with Meredith - Pop up Event at Echo Bay Yacht Club

On August 24, 2024, Tea with Meredith had its first pop-up event at Echo Bay Yacht Club to benefit the members of the club, raising much-needed funds and expanding offerings in the community for afternoon tea. There are few to no formal tea rooms in Westchester County. As a lover of all things tea, I find myself traveling to the ends of the earth to enjoy formal afternoon tea. So, I started Tea with Meredith, an event planning company that brings tea to you. As a registered dietitian and a former personal/private chef, I've always loved private parties and I love catering to different dietary needs and using the highest quality ingredients. Organic and local when available. I also know a thing or two about allergies having grown up wheat and dairy free. These days, I can eat everything, but wasn't always like that, so I definitely am mindful of providing allergy-friendly menus. Enjoy some pictures from the event. More pop-ups coming soon.
