Meredith has always believed that tea is more than just a drink—it’s an experience, a ritual, and a way to bring people together.
 

A Harvard and Columbia–educated consultant, she spent years working at Accenture, Bloomberg, and NewYork-Presbyterian, building a career in strategy and business while quietly nurturing a different dream: creating beautiful afternoon tea experiences that bring elegance and connection into everyday celebrations.
 

Her path to Tea with Meredith was anything but conventional. By day, Meredith works in consulting; by night she trained in restaurant kitchens such as Tocqueville and Bouley, took culinary courses at the Institute of Culinary Education, and taught cooking through organizations including Williams Sonoma and the New York City Farmers Markets.
 

A lifelong cook and baker, devoted tea lover, former rower, and current runner, Meredith created Tea with Meredith to bring the charm of traditional afternoon tea into private homes and gatherings throughout Westchester and Southern Connecticut. Each tea event is thoughtfully prepared—from delicate savories and freshly baked scones to tiered trays of desserts—served on vintage tea ware and accompanied by attentive hosting.
 

Tea with Meredith specializes in private tea gatherings for bridal showers, birthdays, and intimate celebrations, designed to create an elegant and memorable afternoon for hosts and their guests.
 

Tea with Meredith is a boutique operation and accepts a limited number of events each quarter.
