This option does not include on-site setup or service. The host guide and additional vendor suggestions are available for small additional add-on fee.

Formal Afternoon Tea
Complete setup, styling, service, and cleanup for a seamless, elevated experience.
A thoughtful menu of nine sweet and savory items enough for a light lunch or dinner.
Can be a designed for outdoor celebrations and larger gatherings, with a styled buffet with platter service, elevated disposables, and a more fluid, conversational flow.
Formal, more structured afternoon tea experiences are also available featuring tiered presentation, multiple courses, Tea With Meredith signature service items and continuous service throughout your event.
Dates are secured with a signed agreement and 50% deposit. Final pricing is thoughtfully determined based on guest count, menu complexity, dietary needs, venue, staffing, and any rental requirements beyond Tea with Meredith signature items.
Fully hosted events are typically offered on:
– Saturdays (late afternoon)
– Sundays (morning to early afternoon)
Weekday hosted events are limited.
Weekday pickup is available after 7:00 PM in Larchmont, NY, with limited early morning delivery offered in select Westchester and Greenwich locations.
Tea with Meredith focuses on the tea experience itself.
Once your date is booked, we can elevate your event even further with recommendations on preferred vendors for additional service ware rentals, linens, tents, bartending, florals, desserts, and curated venue options so everything comes together seamlessly.
Fully hosted events typically begin at $3,000.
