Additional accommodations for multiple or complex dietary needs may require menu adjustments and additional fees to ensure a beautiful, seamless experience.

A thoughtfully composed selection of tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and sweets carefully packaged and presented for your event.
This option does not include on-site setup or service. The host guide, additional vendor suggestions or onsite drop off and styling are available for a small additional add-on fee.

Formal Afternoon Tea
Complete setup, styling, service, and cleanup for a seamless, elevated experience.
A thoughtful menu of nine sweet and savory items enough for a light lunch or dinner.
Can be a designed for outdoor celebrations and larger gatherings, with a styled buffet with platter service, elevated disposables, and a more fluid, conversational flow.
Formal, more structured afternoon tea experiences are also available featuring tiered presentation, multiple courses, Tea With Meredith signature service items and continuous service throughout your event.
Your date is reserved with a signed agreement and 50% deposit. Final pricing is based on guest count, menu and dietary requirements, location, staffing, and any additional rentals beyond our signature collection.

Fully Hosted and Styled Drop-Off experiences are generally available:

Weekday pickup is available after 7:00 PM in Larchmont, NY. Limited early morning delivery may be available in select Westchester County, NY, and Greenwich, CT locations.
